Tara was amazing! Almost nothing about this sale was normal (none of which was on Tara), and she helped us get through a very difficult process with genuine care and professionalism.

Tara was amazing to work with. She found us a house in less than a month. It was exactly what we were looking for. She always addressed all of our concerns and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was always available nights and weekends and worked around my work schedule. Highly recommend!

Tara reached to me proactively and I ended up retaining her to sell my rental property. She examined and assessed it in a extremely timely manor. Followed through with exactly the step by step process she explained to me and made feel at ease with this very stressful time for me. Advised me what she thought I should do to streamline my property quickly. Had a showing the second day and ultimately sold to that person. Closing took a while which was no fault of her. Essentially I was very pleased with her friendliness, integrity, and attention to detail with communication. When I decide to sell my home, when I reach out to her I am confident in her ability to make the process smooth and stress free, just like the previous one!

She drove to show me the house I currently own in a blizzard, because she understands that timing is crucial. I was going to wait until the weather cleared up, but Tara insisted on showing me the house that day as there was another offer. I am sure that I would not own my house today if it hadn't been for Tara's determination. After working with other realtors in the past, I am confident in saying that Tara truly cares about her clients and has their best interest in mind.
